We stand alongside survivors of domestic abuse, those navigating mental health crises, and families walking through grief — because no one should face the dark alone.

The Porch Light Project was born from the belief that every person — no matter how lost or hopeless things feel — deserves to know that someone is waiting, watching, and ready to help them find their way home.
We work to connect survivors with resources, safe housing pathways, and support networks that help them step out of the shadows and into safety.
Too many people suffer in silence because the stigma around mental health is louder than the help available. We believe in a world where seeking support is seen as courage — and we're committed to amplifying that message in every community we reach.
When someone is gone too soon, the question becomes: how do we honor them? For us, the answer is action. Our first real fundraiser is the Brady Smith Memorial Scholarship — a living tribute to a bright life, and a hand extended to the next person who needs it.
In Loving Memory
"The light doesn't go out just because we can no longer see it."
Brady Smith was a son, a best friend, and a bright presence whose absence has left a permanent mark on everyone who knew him. Nearly two years ago, we lost Brady far too soon. Rather than let that loss be the end of his story, the people who loved him chose to turn their grief into action.
The Brady Smith Memorial Scholarship honors his memory by investing in young people who carry the same spark he had — and who may need a helping hand to keep it burning. Every dollar donated goes directly to students in need, administered through Zeffy so that 100% of your contribution reaches the mission.
